About Chatter Cabaret

Chatter Cabaret made its debut as Club Beethoven in June of 2011. We provide an opportunity to enjoy a  broad spectrum of ensemble classical music — complete with “adult” beverage and appetizer service. Chatter Cabaret is a series presented by Ensemble Music New Mexico (EMNM). Our overall mission:

EMNM, through its 3 performance series - Chatter Cabaret, Chatter 20-21, Sunday Chatter - presents a full spectrum of music in the classical idiom. Our goals are to provide: opportunities unique to EMNM (large-scale & intimate) for New Mexico professional musicians & composers; well-conceived juxtapositions of traditional and contemporary classical music; a laboratory for audiences to experience adventurous programming; intimate connections between musicians & audience; mentoring of young musicians.

On occasional Sunday afternoons at 5pm,
we perform at Casablanca inside Hotel Andaluz in Downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico USA.
